Cambrian Couriers ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Big Bulldog UK Ltd, Company No. 15946705, based in South Wales, United Kingdom. This policy explains how we handle your information when you visit cambriancouriers.co.uk or submit a quote request.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit our quote request form, we collect:
- Your name and phone number
- Collection and delivery postcodes
- Type of delivery and how urgently it's needed
- Any extra details you choose to add (e.g. fragile item notes, access instructions)
If you contact us directly by phone, text, or email, we will also hold the details you share with us in that conversation, solely to arrange or discuss your delivery.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payment details through this website.
3. How Your Quote Request Is Handled
Quote form submissions are sent via Formspree, a third-party form processing service, and forwarded to our business email address (hello@cambriancouriers.co.uk). Formspree processes the submission only to deliver it to us and does not use your data for its own marketing purposes. 4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Provide you with a courier quote
- Contact you by phone or text to confirm details and arrange collection
- Deliver the service you've booked with us
- Keep basic records of bookings for our own accounts and business purposes

This website does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking or analytics tools. We do not set cookies to track your behaviour on this site.
6. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal data. Your quote request is shared only with Formspree (to deliver the enquiry to us, as described above). We do not share your details with any other third party unless required by law.
7. How Long We Keep Data
We keep quote and booking-related information for as long as reasonably needed for our business and accounting records, and then delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to delete your information sooner and we have no legal or accounting reason to keep it, we will.
8. Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to how we use your data
